Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. She is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Originating from Worthington Ohio she left high school in order to relocate in Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. They were struggling to get by when she got her first part in the acting world in the film Rachel's Room's leading character. In 2002 she was nominated for an Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murdered Martha Moxley. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost TV show in 2004. She played the lead character for two seasons and was awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace quit the show in the year 2005, to take on a more significant role in films, having appeared alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken. The actress was as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) and also starred alongside Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in 2008. Her role was reprised in Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a modern adaptation of the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace performed the role of Shannon on the final episode and two other episodes. Grace appeared on Californication's 6th season, which aired from 2013 until the year 2014. She is Faith an actress who is a muse for celebrities and attracts the eye to Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is a Gyllenhaal. She's the daughters of Stephen Gyllenhaal (director) and Naomi Achs (producer), she is a bit older than Jake Gyllenhaal. In her early teens, she played small parts in her father's movies and co-starred with her older twin brother on Donnie Darko which is a famous cult film. She then appeared on Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal's leading roles in Secretary, the romantic comedy-drama erotico as well as Sherrybaby (a drama) have earned her nominations to the Golden Globe Awards. After several commercially successful films in 2006, including World Trade Center she received greater recognition for her performance as Rachel Dawes in the superhero film The Dark Knight (2008). In recognition of her role as a single mother, in Crazy Heart (2009) she got a nomination in the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Then she was able to star in comedies along with dramas, such as Nanny McPhee and The Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011) as well as The Won't Back Down (12). Her other roles include a Secret Service agent in the action-thriller White House Down (2013) a musician in Frank (2014) as well as her role as the lead in the drama The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). In 2021 Gyllenhaal was able to make her writing and directed debut in the psychological drama The Lost Daughter for which she was awarded the Venice International Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
